Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis are crucial tasks in mechanical components design for noise lowering, efficiency enhancement and fatigue failures reduction. Numerical and analytical models always need an experimental validation. LMS – Siemens hardware and software are used along with Polytec laser vibrometer and other state-of-the-art instrumentation to perform high reliability analysis. Highly tridimensional geometry components can also be studied with our robotic station for fully automated modal analysis, which allows to perform sensor positioning with high precision in a short time, so that multi-output tests can be automatically performed in few ours.
